***RESIDENTIAL DEEP CLEAN PRICING***

Please contact us to schedule a time to do a walk-through of the property to be cleaned and we can give you an accurate price for your home based on it's size, it's details and it's specific needs. We do have a minimum charge based on the location of your residential property, to get it on the calendar. We currently offer both bi-weekly and monthly cleanings, but not weekly (sorry). We can also handle and conquer one time deep cleaning needs, which we often get requests for.

***VACATION RENTAL CLEANING PRICING***

"ALL" of our vacation rental cleans are done on a "set rate" basis. This means that the homeowner is able to charge their guests the same cleaning fee, every stay, without having to worry that your fee may not cover the cost of the clean. To determine this "set rate" we would schedule a walkthrough of your VR. Please feel free to inquire to set up a time for us to do this!

***FINAL CONSTRUCTION / REMODEL PRICING***

Pricing starting at $0.40 / sq ft: We have helped develope entire neighborhoods and have hundreds of brand new local homes under our belt! We have working relationships with many local builders and they keep using us because we always get the job done the right way, the first time!

****MOVE OUT / MOVE IN DEEP CLEANS***

These types of cleans "100%" of the time take longer than we anticipate after doing a walkthrough of the home. Therefore, as a loyal commitment to our clients, we do all of these types of cleans on a "bid basis" after a walkthrough is completed. This locks the price in so that once we start getting into all of the overlooked "detail" work (from original quick walkthrough) the price does not go up on you as we continue to take great pride in making sure that the job is left at 100%!
